Chakra's Explained
I'll explain the chakra basics of what each energy centers represents and colors. It's important to have all your energy centers aligned and balanced. There could be one or more that needs special attention. Like are you experiencing back pain? That would be coming from your Root Chakra. The root chakra is about stability and foundation. Having a stable life, having goals on a foundation in your future is important to a happy peaceful life. Depending on what your condition is, your energy centers will filter out with some type of warning. So lets begin,

*Root Chakra
The root chakra is based on the lower spine, in the pelvic region. The root chakra color is Red . The root chakra is a grounding chakra. Helps you center and secure and energized. If the root chakra is unbalanced, you could experience some back pain, pinch nerve, ankle problems, anorexia, bones, cold feet constipation, addictive behavior.

*Sacral Chakra
The sacral Chakra is located two inches below the naval. The color for sacral chakra is orange. This chakra represents the sexuality, creativity, fertility, compassion and pleasure. When the sacral chakra is unbalanced, you can experience attachment issues, sexually related guilt, timidity, emotional volatility, hypersensitivity, and trust issues.

*Solar Plexus
The solar plexus is located above the navel and just below your sternum. The color for the solar plexus is yellow. This energy center is your confidence, ego, it's the powerhouse center and storehouse of energy. The center of your personality and as as physical being. The solar plexus is about your personal power, self-esteem and confidence. If this energy center is unbalanced, you could experience emotional fears, worry, anxiety, low self esteem, self worth, fatigue, low willpower, dense cluster of nerve cells and supporting tissue, located behind the stomach in the region of the celiac artery just below the diaphragm.

*Heart Chakra
The heart chakra is located in the center of the breastbone. The color for the heart chakra is green. This energy center is about love and relationships, empathy, individuals happiness and feeling of compassion, beauty. If the heart chakra is unbalanced you could experience allergies, asthma's, blood circulation, bronchitis, chest congestion, cough, fatigue, heart diseases, lung diseases, high and low blood
pressure.

*Throat Chakra
The throat chakra is located between the third and filth neck vertebrae and opens towards the throat. The color for the throat chakra is blue . This energy center is about voicing truth, love, personal expression, listening. Anything that deals with the voice ( acting, singing, communicating). If the throat chakra is unbalanced you could experience speaking your truth, holding back on your desires and needs, chronic sore throat, dental issues, mouth ulcers, hoarseness, thyroid problems, neck pain, T.M.J., inability to express thoughts, shyness, social anxiety, stubbornness, detachment.

*Third Eye Chakra
The third eye chakra is located on the forehead, between the eyebrows. The color for 3rd eye chakra is indigo (purplish-blue). The third eye is the gate that leads to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness, clairvoyant, seeing images, color, symbols, faces, places. It also governs the pituitary gland and neurological function, your body's ability to fight infection. When the third eye is unbalanced, you may experience distrust your inner voice, your perception about life and where you're headed become negatively skewed and unrecognizable, unable to let go of the past, and fear what the future holds, dogmatic beliefs, daily routine and how you view others. You may find yourself sick frequently, suffer with insomnia, or high blood pressure, migraines, seizures, sciatica, depression, paranoia.

*Crown Chakra
The crown chakra is located at the top of your head. The color for this energy center is violet. The crown chakra is our connection with the energy of heaven. Through your crown chakra, giving your mind ad body vitality, trust, devotion, inspiration, happiness and positivity. It's the center for deeper connection with ourselves and deeper connection with a force of life that is greater than ourselves. Spirituality and universal Oneness, truth, wisdom, higher self. When the crown chakra is unbalanced you may experience emotional disconnection, psychological imbalances, nervous system imbalances, cognitive issues learning disabilities, nightmares, distress, personality disorders, brain injuries, poor coordination, skeletal issues, vision issues, extreme exhaustion, energetic disorders, skin disorders, coma.
