Are we self-sabotaging?

Self sabotage, what does that even mean? Self sabotage, what does that even mean? Definition: Self-sabotage undermines your success despite your own wishes, dreams or values. It often stems from low self-esteem, negative self-talk, and related negative emotions, which are continually reinforced by the resulting failure.


It would be a good idea to get a journal for yourself and just write down words that you use all the time that puts yourself down. Could be anything. I can't get enough money, not pretty enough, not physically fit, not smart enough, I don't feel worthy, etc.

Look way deep inside and just write words that you use on a daily bases that you feel and think you're not worthy about anything. You don't have to write story about it, unless you want you. Spirit wants to keep it simple for you. They want you to see on paper how you're putting limitations on yourself with self doubt/sabotaging.







Ok now the what you'll need for this exercise.


1.  Get either some 3x5 cards, sticky notes, an affirmation book, or sheets of  blank paper to cut into strips later. (you'll be writing your affirmations)

2. Write positive affirmations on the cards/paper/sticky notes. If can't think of any at the top of your head, its ok to google positive affirmations. You can make as many affirmations as you want. Mix it up, add some funny affirmations too! 

3. Get at least 10 affirmations on paper. (5) for the morning when you wake up and (5) just before you go to bed.  This is important because this will alter your energy frequencies, expanding your vibrations, and re-programming your subconscious thoughts.

4. If you got time to spare, you can do a chakra balancing. Make sure it's no longer then 15 to 20 mins. If you need the Guided chakra balancing meditations, I'll post a link you can use at the bottom of this page. Clearing your energy centers is a plus, but not mandatory. The focus right now is to identify the self sabotage and empowering ourselves to alter our subconscious thoughts, realign our energy frequencies.  

 Give yourself time (30 days or more) for your energy frequencies to begin its changes.  You'll feel a little different, might even feel energized. If you do any kind of Spirit work, they will become more In-tune and stronger. This is normal and that is a good thing because it means your energy patterns are changing in a positive way. 

I know you'll do great and have some amazing results. I'm so excited for you! Because this is a wonderful step to get your power back, gain more confidence, letting go the ego mind of limitations by eradicating the self sabotaging thoughts.  You are a divine being that deserves everything for your highest good! And if you miss a day, a week or a month of these exercises, that's ok! This will be here when you're ready to gain more confidence, revamp your energy frequencies and have a better control over your thoughts for an amazing wonderful journey!
